The Court South health club (which is owned by National Fitness) has some dubious membership policies including an automatic renewal at the end of your contract. Judge for yourself but I'd stay away from this outfit.

I wanted to give fair warning to those who belong to or who are considering joining the health club Court South in the Knoxville, TN area (which is owned by National Fitness). Among the things you have to look forward to is having to remember, after 2 or 3 years, exactly when your contract expires and then send a certified letter 30 days before that date to cancel; If you don't, then your contract will automatically be extended at a monthly rate. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) gave Court South an "F" rating. As always, judge for yourself, but I would seriously consider joining another health club.
